Outdoor Session

Anna | Senior

The senior year of high school can be quite overwhelming for many students. It’s when all the prep-work of the last 12 years collides with the prospects of the future. But Anna, we chose to celebrate exactly who she is right now by showcasing a few of her favorite things; the things that make her, well, her. Those favorite things look a little bit like this:

Surrounded  by stacks of books at the Palmetto Library, where she spends her free time volunteering. We were sure to feature a few of her favorites!

We followed up our library trip with a visit across the street to the Historic Park, where her grandmother helped preserve an historic Florida bungalow. It was the perfect backdrop to recreate a few family photos of her grandmother.

Anna also played tribute to her favorite Doctor! Her look was complete with the signature Doctor bowtie and sonic screwdriver.

We captured some beautiful nature inspired images at Emerson Point Preserve, soaking in the last bit of the warm weather and Florida sun.

But, if I’m being honest, the highlight of Anna’s session was taking Harry Potter themed photos at the South Florida Railroad Museum. Her Ravenclaw school uniform, acceptance letter, wand, and trunk were the perfect props to really make these photos extra special.

To put it simply, Anna’s photos turned out magical.

Anna – as you enter this next chapter of your own life, I hope you always find the magic in yourself. We may have just met briefly, but I know you will do great things!
